cant install game

i have downloaded ran 5 times already and everytime it has the same result "Feature: Main App, Component: App Executables, File Error: Access is denied" can someone please help me?

all i know is its windows vista T_T if you could tell me where to see that other stuff i can tell you those xD

1) Click START-->Setting-->Control Panel-->System-->General
(here)
2) Click START-->Run-->type dxdiag and enter

it says 1014 ram but i dont see anything that says graphic card

yup..as Vista not complete~therefore some games cannot be play~ btw i dont understand ur problem...can send a screenshot if possible? =.=

oops sorry for the last post... i know ur problem already.. Vista need at least 2GB RAM (2000MB RAM) to play smoothly...my friend occur same problem but after he change his pc to 2GB RAM he able to play..
